From the Biral Remote app to the Biral ONE app
Since September 2023, Biral has been offering only the Biral ONE app. All connected Biral products can be linked to this central app.
Since September 2023, Biral has been offering only the Biral ONE app. All connected Biral products can be linked to this central app.
The Biral ONE app has been available since 2019 and offers the following features:
Live monitoring of the product
Product configuration
Error and Event Log
Access to the Biral document database
Pump replacement
The Biral Remote app was removed from the iOS and Android app stores at the end of September 2023.
Connecting older pumps to a smartphone
Anyone who has previously accessed their pumps via the Biral Remote Adapter 1 using the Biral Remote App will need the Remote Adapter 2 to use the Biral ONE App. The Biral Remote app itself can still be used on devices where it is already installed – however, there will be no further updates for it, and it will no longer be available for download after a device change.
Until 31 March 2024, Biral was giving away the Remote Adapter 2, worth CHF 400, free of charge, with a limit of one adapter per person. This promotion has now ended.
In future, new pumps will connect directly to smartphones, without the need for a remote adapter.
